Fix for Ring of Flinging

so i have the ring of flinging and it works great, but when i swapped my dragon axe with the sparky trident the ring does not proc on thrown attacks even tho the trident has the thrown property, also the trident doesnt build electric charges because thrown attacks with a weapon are not the same as weapon attacks, i would like a fix so the ring of flinging procs with all thrown attacks and so that thrown attacks with weapons are also counted as weapon attacks
