How to rearrange or delete make-up colors?

At some point I downloaded something that made the lipstick color preset 01 black. At least I'm pretty sure that wasn't the first option before. I never bothered putting make up on any of the NPCs I've customized. Wouldnt be an issue except a lot of NPCs have suddenly gothed out. 

I imagine it should be a simple matter to just delete that color option or rearrange the colors. Trouble is I have no idea where to find them. 

How would I go about achieving such a thing? Or if I'm barking up the wrong tree, how would one go about solving this?

I'd look for a mod that overwrites the record: HumanRace "Human" [RACE:00013746]. (FO4Edit >> Race >> HumanRace).
