If author says to load last does he mean LAST LAST? Well if you ask most will say check description. So we would just need a google doc and invite all the mod creators to add their mods. Start with categories and once populated can start doing specific order groups. Once we have the majority of the main order groups down, all the creators can argue over what should go where and why. I am simply a dude who is dumb smart and when you aren't specific about something yet expect me to magically know, I panic.
