Male/Strong Male armor and camp/underwear

Am I utterly hopeless at searching for this, or is there a dumbfounding and completely mystifying lack of options to choose from here?  I have found hordes of very detailed and amazing SFW and NSFW options for basic b!^<# models.  Where is the love for all the rest of the body types??
