Bring back hover jump Mod Request

Hey guys, I'm probably in the wrong place but I can't seem to find where to make a request for a mod.
Anyway, just like the title says, I really hope that someone can make a mod that brings back the old fortified ankles that had hover jump. The hover jump was probably the most fun thing in the game to me. It felt so awesome to glide across from the top of one high building to another. I know there is a certain perk that lets you dash or glide, or whatever, but I don't necessarily want to use that build every time I do a run through.
