Mod Request - A tweaked Astarion head as an additional custom head

Could anyone port Astarion's head into a new head slot for a Tav? I want to make a self indulgent kid of him and my high elf Tav, who uses head 1 for body type 1. Or if someone could point me to a tutorial to learn how to do it, I would appreciate that as well!
