I don't know if it'll match the MJ mod, but one of the caves from "Caves of the Commonwealth" is in that northwest corner. Also, Tenhats and I collaborated on a settlement that'll be placed at one of the ponds just beyond the northwest map border. No ETA on its release, but it shouldn't be too much longer.
