New SKyrim 1.6.1130.0.8 update, mods not working!

I apologize from the beginning if the title I put could be misunderstood. I am new to the world of modding, I started modding 3 months ago with Skyrim 1.6.640 ( i have Skyrim SE Anniversary edition ). As a novice I had stumbled upon many errors, I had to try many times to make the mods work but without getting good results. I decided not to give up and went to read up on Google and watch videos on Youtube and one day, thanks to Youtube, I had the great fortune of finding a video that would solve the problems of noobs like me! The video titled How to AUTO install 350+ Graphics Overhaul mods! - YouTube

Thanks to this guy I had the opportunity to get to know your wonderful site and make all the graphic mods work. But unfortunately my real problem is happening these days... Bethesda decides to update the game to version 1.6.1130.0.8. As a true novice, I always run the game with the automatic startup of Steam even having blocked the updates on the Steam options but not knowing that with a simple option to do which is to tick the appmanifest_489830.acf file in steamapps as a read-only file , to have it run directly by Vortex, I was fooled. The mods no longer work but I don't trust myself and I try to find some videos that explain this topic and I manage to find a video on Youtube in which the author of the video explains step by step how to downgrade (I didn't even know the existence of this thing before then ).  The video in question is this!

The problem is that I found out about it too late because I instinctively deleted all the mods so I could reinstall them later. So what I did, I followed exactly what the author of the video said but then installed the graphics mods after, resulting in the game crashing to the home screen as a final result.I don't know if I made a mistake in downgrading immediately, by doing so already installed anniversary edition updates within the game were lost, I don't know if I should downgrade to the latest one and if the downgrade does not lead to the installation of the Anniversary edition, utter confusion. I thank you in advance if you can find a solution to my problem!
