Lazy Renamer for Skyrim Glitch (I think?) It's now auto renaming things!?

This mod has been awesome, but I think I might have caused it to malfunction.

I was clearing out a dungeon in Skyrim and using black soul gems to capture villains when they died and would rename the gem to match the name. I must have did something because now whenever capture any enemy in a black soul gem, it automatically renames the black soul gems to the one character's name, regardless of how many times I capture different enemies. 

Anybody know how I can change the name back? Is there game files I can edit? How would I do something like that? I did it once I must be able to undo or do it again?
