skyrim Skyrim textures not working.

Having never tried modded Skyrim before I wanted to give it a try so I downloaded mods from someone's mod list I then tried to load up the game and everything seemed like it was working until the intro had started where everything just looked wrong with the NPCs where they either had no hair or clothes even the horses had no hair. The trees and bushes also looked wrong where their leaves looked square-like. 

I had tried disabling all mods texture-related but that did not work. I also tried to reinstall my game which did not work either so I had uninstalled all the Mods but it still will not work and I am not sure what else I can do to fix my game.
