Reason Submission of existing user-submitted content without obtaining permission from the original author(s) of said content is strictly prohibited. At first, the user uploads an image and pastes a link to download the archive in the description of the image. This was canned and a formal warning (linked as the first reference below) was issued. The text of this warning was as follows: Image descriptions are not a way to circumvent rules on distributing other people's mods. Submission of existing user-submitted content without obtaining permission from the original author(s) of said content is strictly prohibited. Just three hours later, the user uploads a mod page with a stolen mod (even admitting it in the comments), despite the very public warning clearly stating that this was not allowed. This is a clear disregard for our rules and Copyright in general. Reference Below are links to where the infractions took place (where relevant).
