Rain Occlusion for LEGENDARY EDITION?

Long ago, I used to use Real Shelter. That mod worked fine for years, even if it wasn't perfect. However, I wasn't able to get it to work when I used windows 10. Even running version 3 of TES5Edit didn't help for some reason. Besides, the thing needed patches for ANYTHING that added buildings. Its also long abandoned, along with the patch for Frostfall.

I realize getting rain occlusion into the game isn't easy, but it still annoys me. Its why I started using it shortly after I started using frostfall. I've tried to get ENB rain to work, but it looked terrible no matter what I did, and besides it wasn't very good at detecting where rain could or could not fall through.

Its the only feature I miss from SE. SE though has been desecrated by the stupid worthless AE update. I will never play SE again, outside of MAYBE new lands mods, but lets be real those are few and the Beyond Skyrim project will probably never come out as long as bethesda (to hell with them) keeps trying to stop people from running mods. LE is the only true skyrim left.

The only flaw with it is this stupid thing with rain clipping through structures. Why can't we have a fix for this one thing? We get all sorts of other mods, but not this. Maybe if I can finally compile scripts, I could fix this real shelter myself (I couldn't compile anything when I was running windows 10 for some reason, still have yet to install the CK on Ubuntu though so I have no idea if I could do it now anyway).
