[Mod Request] Polymorph: Dire Raven once per short rest

Hello everyone,

As the title indicate, I'm a big fan of the Corvid Token, and the spell it gives which allow you to go bird.
In terms of gameplay it's good. In terms of roleplay for me it's just perfect and very very fun. But I find it very frustrating that I can't use it a bit more often.

So I wondered if there is a way to make it so the spell can be cast once per short rest?

Optionally also if possible: a second, completely OP version where the spell is made into a ritual spell, though this would just be for giggles and so I can caw around like a madman unlimited
