Mods wont work

I've tried everything like uninstalling all of the  2.0 and bepinex mods switching over to legacy uninstalling and reinstalling checking my vortex settings checking all of the mod requirements and downloading them but it doesn't work and i realized that it isn't even trying to load the mods when I boot up subnautica i don't know if this is because FCS mods are unstable but my mods aren't working and don't even load i played a new save file all the way through up until  i  fixed the aurora's reactors which is when i decided to give up does any one know why? i did this with bepinex in 2.0 and the compatible mods in 2.0 worked perfectly well but now the mods aren't even loading i downloaded both smlhelper and qmod i also checked the versions and it still doesn't work i have the most recent version of qmod and 2.15 version of smlhelper I NEED HELP AUGAHYUFHSAUFHAWUFQWGYSIUGYAUQ
