Is there a simple PSC to PEX Compiler

Hello there.
I guess some of you will get angry about creating this topic to here. But i think, you are better about mods. Here is my suffer:

First of all, i don't know anything about the modding or coding of this game. I am a simple player. I downloaded a mod. But this mod change some of the item names and descriptions to english again. I wanted to translate it to my own lang. I did it. But this working is pulled me in more. Then I wanted to translate MCM menu of the mod also. So i found how to do it. I translated everything. But i realized that i have to compile this PSC file to PEX.

I researched it and found something. I download papyrus plugin to notepad++. But i need to papyrus compiler to compiling. But i cannot find this. Then found I need to download creation kit to use papyrus compiler. AAAAAAAH. This is too much thing.

I just wanted to compile a PSC file to PEX file. This must be more easy. I don't have creation kit. And i cannot do that much working  I found a pex compiler and decompiler. But it doesn't work well.

Can someone help me to do this mcm menu translation?

Hey there. Sorry about topic. I found something as Xtranslator. It can change PEX files. I finished my translation. Sorry.
