But yeah, title summarizes it all. It's not lore friendly, and that's fine. It'd be hilarious to get ragdolled around and thrown off a cliff by random bandits or guards shouting, or just watch Imperials and Stormcloaks shout at each other. I've looked everywhere for a mod like this, and the only one I found was a very old on that doesn't work with SE and only affects Nords. It could get pretty chaotic, so maybe a cooldown could be used like it's done on Ulfric where they shout once, and maybe wait a minute or two before shouting again (while trying to murder you with any weapons they've got). I would genuinely try to make the mod myself, but I have 0 experience and I just don't have that kind of time to learn and create it. That's about it, thanks.
