adding knew body to random NPCs

hi, i'm actually trying to mod for the 1rst time, and to do so, i'm trying to put this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/5127?tab=posts onto gameplay\community\community_npcs\novigrad\regular\novigrad_poor_woman.w2ent

i already did it on priscilla, and it worked perfectly, but i can't seem to make it work on the crowd.

 

any ideas why ? i just changed the "included templates" on my w2ent file, as i did for priscilla
