THE RIFTBREAKER - red weapon mod loot only

Games uses weapon mods, white, blue, purple, red (standard, advanced, superior, extreme)

The game gives you hundreds and later thousands of mods to use but zero management options, how to delete them.

There are console commands, which reduces the time from few hours to like 30 minutes, but annoying to remove them every few hours

There already is "red loot only" but author also INCREASED the amount for drop, which makes no sense cuz it just makes the problem appear faster.

it would be extremely appreciated if someone could disable first 3 tiers for drop completely and leave extreme as it is .. vanilla numbers
