[Mod Request] Wet skin and Sweaty skin mod

Is it possible to make the mod to let the character`s skin always wet? (but not change the characters status to wet)
just like when character enter the river or beach

 

And the mod to let the character`s skin always sweaty?
just like when character go near the magma in Grimforge
