Dai Mod manager

So I'm not new to this I already had mods and the manager once, had a problem with my pc, the thing is I had to reset mi pc from zero, I made a backup of all my mods I had in a drive folder and then downloaded it again, I did everything like I did the first time, but for some reason some mods like hair and qunari horns won't show up in the game and nor in the dai mod manage before merging even tho they are in the folder, I don't know if I should try download it again o someone has and advice (just like three mod are having trouble I think)
