Can someone make recreate Death from dragons dogma

 There is a mod called Veritus on the nexus that has a reaper like figure follow you relentlessly.

 

It made me think what if the enemy looked like death from Dragon's dogma. In Dragon's dogma, Death is capable of one hitting the player. He looks amazing and actually instills fear into the player. 

 

I wish i could do it myself. I may just try to learn to make this come true.
