Restore the Flag/Ending for Metal Gear Solid 2

In Metal Gear Solid 2 during the ending Raiden is supposed to cut a cable that causes an American Flag to fall down from a flagpoll and drape over Solidus' body.  Due to the events of 9/11 that happened shortly before the games' release the flag was removed, however all the animation still happens in the cutscene so it does Raiden cutting the air, the camera that was supposed to follow the flag down to solids shows nothing falling but still goes through the motions and even the animation of someone removing the flag form the body are there.  There's just no flag.

I'm sure some talented Modder could restore this scene as it would make the ending a lore more Artistic/Poignant
