I was having difficulties with ECONNRESET error for Vortex I tried reinstalling it along with a few other things but I can't seem to get Baldur's Gate 3 to work on vortex anymore.

This is the full error I receive each time I attempt to fix the problem. I don't know what to do as it won't let me purge my mods or set up mods for a new game until I fix whatever is wrong with the Baldur's Gate 3 extension failing to load correctly. Furthermore, it seems that each time I reload Vortex the master lists for my mod packs don't seem to be able to load correctly. There isn't a whole lot of information on how to fix this kind of error so I'm not sure what else to do. I tried messing with my PC's permissions, and uninstalled Vortex. I reinstalled it, messed with proxy settings, updated the mod manager, and it doesn't seem to be the antivirus or firewall stopping this from working. Any ideas? I've got nothing.

I made the mistake of not adding the fact that for some reason Vortex doesn't seem to have access to my APPDATA for Baldur's Gate 3 I have no idea why or how to fix that either and it may be the reason why I continuously receive the prior error or it could have literally nothing to do with it. It says "Vortex needs access C:\Users\Name\AppData\Roa...\SDL2.dll but it either has too restrictive permissions or is locked by another process. If your account has admin rights Vortex can try to unlock the file for you. This is what happens every single time I attempt to purge the files or redeploy the mods so they cannot deploy. This is a problem I have no idea how to fix cause I have never come across it and every single piece of advice I have read does not fix the problem. It's made modding very problematic as I cannot even clean my folder of the mods.
