Accidently changed Vortex Mod/Download In Vortex

Was adding in cyberpunk which i got for christmas which i have on my F drive (vortex is on my c drive since it's my desktop where it loaded) When it went to set up the loading folder i tried to change it to F and it seems to have messed with all the other locaitons as well. The main issue is it messed with my baldur's gate mods. It won't run anything now and i can't figure out what to change. I don't have a restore point that i can go back to, and i tried to do a restore on my computer but it failed. Vortex itself is on my C drive. Baldur's gate is on my F drive, however the mods folder is on the C drive with the rest of the mods. I can see where the mods are..but each time i try and link it i get an error. I'm pulling my hair out trying to figure out how to get it so i can play again
Mods are kept C:\Users\kisas\AppData\Roaming\Vortex\baldursgate3\mods

downloads page is C:\Users\kisas\AppData\Roaming\Vortex\downloads

I seem to keep having issues with setting the downloads folder

So i uninstalled baldur's gate, and vortex and redownloaded both
it automatically st my mod staging folder to
 C:\Users\kisas\AppData\Roaming\Vortex\baldursgate3\mods
and my download folder too
{USERDATA}\downloads

(i have no idea about the second one..but it won't let me set up roaming/vortex/downloads as an option

also my baldur's gate game is on my F drive, not my c drive. (vortex is on c)
