Starfield, Gal-Bank

Every time I play Starfield I pretty much come around to thinking I need an  account at Gal-Bank and their offer of 2.9% interest.  

How difficult would it be to introduce a character named/ accessible/lossless/ deposit/withdraw account within the Gal-Bank on New Atlantis, say? 

I was thinking of something like a Safety Deposit Box utilizing the in game safes where the player could store items and money dependent on the limits of the size of the individual safe used.

Character named = tied to in game character(player)

Lossless =  contents follows character (Incl. Unity/NG+)

IDK, seems like it would be of interest to more players than just myself?
