Mod Request: Lies Of P: Stutter remover, frames performance enhancer

I noticed when I started amassing all the weapons in lies of P, the moment I get to the king of puppets? My game lags PER HIT on him. After that, this goes double for using any melee weapon on a normal enemy. 

Q: "Do you have too many mods installed?" 

A: No, I only have agape dragon installed, along with lightsaber red version. 

Q: could it be a problem with the mods?

A: To my knowledge I've had perfect frames all before the king of puppets, and cinematics still play in 60+ FPS. Why would ONLY my melee weapons cause the game to become a slideshow DURING and AFTER the king of puppets boss fight? 

Q: Too many weapons? 

A: Maybe. Then again I have 100 shotputs and they never lag the game to a standstill when I decide an enemy is being annoying.
