Pip-Boy glass shattered with three bullet holes - which mod did this?

Greetings dear friends of Fallout 4 and a happy new year 2024!

Does anybody have any idea which mod causes my Pip Boy to have three bullet holes scattered around the outer part of its glass screen? Its not horribly annoying but sometimes I have to scroll an item further up or down to fully see its description.

Here's a picture of my Pip Boy's shattered screen:

I currently have a couple of mods installed (around 100) which makes it pretty hard to point out which mod exactly does it. It most possibly might be a mod which doesnt relate to the Pip Boy in the first place but rather brings this broken screen as a side effect with it. I've already disabled Pip Boy Flashlight, unfortunately without solving it.

Likely, it is caused by a mod which alters its appearance or interface.

To identify the culprit, try disable the mods that is relate to the Pip-Boy or HUD.
If you are bored, for entertainment, use multimedia app or Keyframe animation app
