Improved Envoy's Amulet (Adding Glut's Animating Spores)

So my idea would be an improved Envoy's Amulet which gives you a spell similar to Glut's Animating Spores spell. It would make the quest reward for completing the Myconid Colony questline feel more meaningful, rather than a simple +2 boost to Persuasion, which feels deeply underwhelming considering it only lasts 10 turns and can only be used once per long rest.

The main issue I can imagine running into would be the fact that, while the spell Target_AnimatingSpores can be added to a character using the console, the animated zombies fail to properly join the party and do nothing but stand around staring off into space, so a custom version of the spell and subsequent reanimated zombie would need to be written in. I would do this myself, but aside from my ability to perform simple tasks in terms of modding (such as unpacking a .pak file and looking through to alter the stats of certain items for personal use), I have absolutely no modding experience and wouldn't even know where to begin when creating my own mod from scratch.
