Nexus Mod Manager not launching the game

I just installed a handful of mods with the Nexus Mod Manager (some of them using FOMOD installer), however:

When I press the ''Launch'' button in the Top-Left of the Nexus Mod Manger... Nothing happens!

Any idea's?

Update:

Launching it as Administrator worked, the game now starts. But none of my mods seem to be working
