Stacking Issue with Resaver on Skyrim LE

I'm having this error when I open a saved game

Stack count
There are 2091 stacks and 4179 frames. This may indicate a serious problem, but it can also just mean that Papyrus is overloaded because of low FPS or too many mods doing things at the same time. 
Frame count

In principle, I don't see the point in adding anything. Everything has already been said in your bug report.

Although you should not lose hope and immediately delete the mods and start a new game. Maybe this problematic save was made right after loading the game, at the moment when the game was processing scripts. 

If it does not affect the game in any way, try to make a clean save and then check it in Resaver. I will not describe how to do it, because it has been described more than a thousand times. The only thing I will leave is a link to the wiki article with the id of test cells.

I removed the culprit according to the logs it was Halloween Draugr Edition Mod
