Convert Actions to Bonus Actions

Title says it all: a common action (all characters) that costs an action point and gives one or two bonus action points.

Because I find it kinda dumb that I can't use an full action, which is worth more time, effort and complexity, to do something I can do with a bonus action. Like shoving someone. Or drinking a potion.
