Use IRL Dice For Ability Checks

I would love a mod that allowed for a manual input of ability check rolls with the idea that I could use my IRL dice to roll for it. In an ideal world it would allow for any bonuses that are dice rolls to be manually inputted as well. Not sure if it's even possible but would be super fun.
