FIX for desynchronization between traffic vehicles' wheels rotation and vehicle's actual speed (skating vehicles)

Hello,

Did anyone notice that all vehicles in Cyberpunk, whether controlled by a player or NPC have a big issue that affects immersion, especialy when you are in 1st person view? Namely, desynchronization between vehicles' wheels rotation and vehicles' actual speed - wheels rotating slowly, while you are going 100km per hour which creates a feeling that the vehicle is skating on the ice or something, very fake. That just annoys the s#*! out of me. Is there any way to fix this?

I think similar thing happens when you walk in 1st person and look at your legs, you are not walking, but skating, though this one as not as annoying, as cruising on your car in first person and seeing traffic vehicles' wheels moving slowly, or not moving at all with low-poly wheels being displayed, while vehicle moves with 100km/h...
