Mods that remove the Clutch Claw AND rebalance I content?

I'm looking for one or more mods that remove the Clutch Claw mechanic (reverting the game to vanilla Worlds) and rebalances MR content to be tackled without it.

I'm not looking for ICE, that's a complete overhaul of the game, I just want to get rid of the Claw.
