Mod Request: Full EXP Sharing (Or when close)

My only gripe about this game is that since the only reliable way to level up in the higher levels is pretty much running around catching 10 of each pokemon, it kinda stops you from group together and going around together. I only play with my SO, and I am significantly higher level then them despite playing less, simply because I caught more Pals. I would love to have a mod that Fully shares EXP when in the same guild, or perhaps when in close proximity to eachother, WITHOUT needing both parties to deal damage before catching a pet.
