First time i launch the game after starting Mod organizer everything is fine. But everytime i exit the game and try to relaunch afterwards i get this error. The only way around it is to hit the "refresh" button on the toolbar before re-launching.. or shutting down mod organizer and reloading it.

It's really annoying. How do i get around this without having to hit refresh or reloading mod organizer everytime?

had this same problem, idk if it's the same for you but after clicking the run button it would place an empty log file in the r6 folder in the "Overwrite" section at the bottom. so once you get the error, open the overwrite section, delete that r6 folder, and it should launch without problems. unfortunately i do still have to do this every time i launch the game, but it's slightly faster. don't delete the folder before you've clicked run and gotten the error too, otherwise the r6 folder might have important stuff in it.

now if i could just get MO2 to actually launch the game again after 2.11...

I don't know this for certain, but I believe that is an error in Mod Organizer's Plugins folder.  If you delete the plugins folder entirely and reinstall MO2 overtop of your existing install it will refresh that folder.  You may then have to re add any added plugins to that folder but I wouldn't be surprised if it fixes that error.  Done properly, it won't break anything.  I have done it for other plugin issues on other games
