Making a total Conversion need help with worldspace stuff

My knowledge of the LIVING NIGHTMARE that is the Fallout 3 GECK is at best Intermediate, 

I'm trying to delete Megaton from the worldspace and I keep getting this low poly version. 

can anyone help me with this ?
