Looking for a mod - one that shows shards and items on minimap.

Hello, I am looking for a mod described in the title. I know one exists as it's found in the "Welcome to Night City" collection. However that mod collection is huge, and I cannot locate the mod responsible. I tried Googling and the search here to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Despite the name it actually gives you the ability to change what kinds of things by rarity show up not only on your minimap, but also while looking at them or even through walls if you like.
