vegetablecastle
As intended in 5e. I was so excited to build a warlock multiclass when I first started playing and got so disappointed and sad when I discovered that you cannot choose between regular and pact slots when casting spells (or divine smiting). These are the default mechanic regarding spellcasting (or divine smites) as of now when multiclassing warlock with another spellcasting class: When casting a spell learned from the warlock class, you can choose between warlock and regular slots to use. When casting a spell learned from other classes besides warlock, you can only use regular spell slots until depleted. When regular spell slots are depleted, that's when you can use warlock slots when casting spells learned from other classes. From what I read on other forums and reddit, Larian says the current mechanic on the game is what they intended, which is different from tabletop. This is the closest mod I've found but currently it is not working: Warlock Multiclass (Sorlock) Bug Fix and Workaround I hope someone can have a go at this. Thank you so much! WOTW05
In theory it is just to create the spell for sorcerer, and next to the other, so choose which one spends first.
