Looking for a party swap mod that was on here

I recently saw a mod that lets you summon and dimiss party members on the go, does anyone know what it was called? I tried "party, swap, on the go" in the search bar and couldn't find it. Please help.

Focus Lodestones! You get a lodestone for each and can dismiss and summon at will. Quite nice.
