Repair servos

I realize this is most likely a dead forum, but:

Once upon a time, there was a mod that removed the limit of 6hp from the repair perk for MECs.  I can find references to it, but not the mod itself.  Does anyone know if it still exists in useable form?

This likely won't translate outside of LW. But there is a DGC entry for it that reads "PSI_TEST_LIMIT=50" - that is apparently in reference to the percentage of repair points lost on damage received. 

You might be able to hex edit that value in for non-LW versions. I'm too much of a noob to understand how INI parameters carry over between different versions. I'm guessing it's structured specifically for the corresponding UPK file.
