Multiple Skyhold Major Upgrades

Is it possible to make a mod that gives you both upgrades for Skyholds Courtyard and Garden?
i.e. Having BOTH the Chantry Garden AND the Herb Garden, and then upgrading the courtyard to have BOTH the infirmary AND the sparring ring?
From what I can tell unlike the Tower Upgrade, the garden and courtyard upgrades don't take up the same physical space in Skyhold, so is it not possible to have them both?

this....both of them doesnt even overlap, and infirmary and sparring ring is at different location i dont understand why we cant have both! i always have to choose infirmary cause i cant stand the rubbles

i could offer a small mod where the sparring ring and the builded infirmary (without door) both are VISABLE without NPCs.

Choosing an upgrade leads to fighting soldiers in the sparring ring OR wounded soldiers in the infirmary (with door).

this upgrade options driving me nuts forever
