LE Character creation Full View

Long time reader first time poster.

I am hoping a modder could create or could recommend a mod for me that allows someone to see and/or rotate the full body view of their character.

Basically I want to be able to see back tattoos, the way the hair lies, and various other "views" I am currently unable to do.

I have used TFC command during char creation but obviously that is very limited.

maybe a racemenu plugin? or something similar?

Couldn't the show race menu option mod fit the bill?

I think I remember having read it supports mouse/keyboard combos to move camera around, not sure...
