Figgums Posted February 12 Share Posted February 12 (edited) Have Dissonant Whispers force the target to use it's reaction to run away on a failed save instead of frightened, or if that's not doable have it apply something comparable to command: flee for a round instead as that more closely emulates what the 5e version of the spell does than just applying frightened that prevents them from running away.
