My V Can't Change Genitals, Can't Add Pubic Hair, No Nail Polish & No Personal Link

Sooo, for some reason I can't change the genitals on my character. For female V specifically, she suddenly has no nail polish, no pubic hair and her personal link is invisible. I already tried removing the mods that had been added when the problem occurred and verified the integrity of my files, but the issues are still persisting. Anyone know why this has happened? I've been modding CP2077 since 2021 and never had something like this happen before, so I'm not sure what the problem could be. Has anyone else had this happen before? If so, what was the cause and how did you fix it? Thank you.

 

Update: Since posting, cyberarm details no longer appear. Arms are "clean" regardless of which cyberarm I have installed.
