Hello, I am looking for someone to help me invert the direction system of blocking just like inverting attack directions in Bannerlord. Quick € for anyone willing to help. Thanks

Have you considered simply using Options->Gameplay->Controls->Control Block Direction->Auto

Then you don't need to worry about the direction to block, and it also lets you disable:

Options->Gameplay->User Interface->Show Attack Direction. That gets rid of those annoying arrows in the middle of the screen during combat.
