Leyzr
I'm unsure whether this is an easy thing to do or not, but I'm gonna request it anyways! Okay so the way it seems the servers work at the moment are: The client sends location updates to the server The server then updates where the player is on its end The server then sends the location and force updates the location of the player. You can see the last part in multiplayer by rolling, as you'll roll forward, teleport back, then have several quick teleports forward to the place you finished rolling. That last step seems to add a lot of jank and rubber banding in game. It's also unnecessary as you already know where you are, you don't need to be updated on where you are. I'm genuinely unsure how the server side stuff works, and whether this is even possible through mods. But, through a mod, is it possible to refuse any location updates from the server as a client, so things seem as smooth as single player while in a server? Of course it'd only block location updates for me if i had the mod, it'd not block me from receiving updates from other players. It'll still seem janky to other players, but not anymore than current. Although, depending on how it's coded, there might be some desync issues? It's something that'd have to be checked and tested on whoever makes the mode (if possible.)
