Built-in Cyclic Load After Rules?

Basically, trying to install the Vorkiinator Black mod / setup for skyrim SE.

and a problem popped up.

image 1: Ordinator needs to load after Vokrii - Minimalistic Perks of Skyrim

image 2: Vokrii needs to load after Ordinator.

 

is there any way to remove one of the rules manually? because i checked both mods and they dont actually require each other. is the loads after put in there by the LOOT load order thing? i dont know, please help

In the past, I thought 'Incompatible' referred to the header being form 43 (LE) rather than 44 (SE/AE).  As to your issue, I think that you just need to pick which one that you want to win, and be implemented in game.  All of the 'winner's' modifications will show up in game, while some/all of the overwritten mod's stuff will not.
