Mod Request: Remove Cold Glow from Ice Pals

For some reason now, my game severely drops in frame rate any time I'm near my ice pals when they have the glowing effect underneath them. If anyone wants to make a mod that disables the effect, I would greatly appreciate it. It's a pointless effect anyway.
