Is there a mod for RDR2 as followed in description

Is there a mod that allows me to shoot off a peds limbs such as arms, legs ect and have them still be alive in RDR2? Any possible way a mod like that could be created, so for example an npc can have this arm blown off and still be alive but on the floor in the bleedout stage.
